硅质板生产线是以普通聚苯乙烯颗粒为主原料，聚苯乙烯原料经预热发泡颗粒后，再与有机防火材料混合搅拌覆膜，加入泡沫板设备即加热二次发泡成型，产品达到A级不燃效果，有着导热系数低、防火、防水、轻质、强度高等特点。

1、高速压力渗透机一套、热烘干机一组、高速传动装置两套、自动搅拌机两台、入料装置一套。

2、热固复合聚苯板设备尺寸：长度14米、宽度1.85米、高度1.6米。
